Private Self-Defence Strategies for Women

For the last two months Kempton park has been in disarray. Women’s bodies have been found with frightful similarities. They were all found half naked or naked, with bruising. The police issued a warning that women should not be leaving the house alone. For example, a lady, went for an afternoon run, and her body was discovered partially clothed in her running kit. Another lady was reported missing 17 July 2026, and her body discovered on the 3rd of August 2026, leaving behind her 14-year-old. The horrible situation continued and a lady’s body found 10 September 2026. September 7th and September 10^th, more unidentified bodies were found. This is not the only thing happening today in South Africa and sadly this is not new news.

There are women being kidnapped all around South Africa. A 14-year-old girl, kidnapped in Johannesburg as well as a 26-year attorney.

This is the reality we live in. Women are not safe in any country. We all hear these tragical stories and hope that it will never happen to us or our loved ones, believing that hope is all we have.

That should and can change.

We as Milites Dei Academy are offering a chance for women to join us for a week course where we will help you finish your accredited firearm training and to be able to apply at the South African Police Services to get a competency and buy a firearm.
