Military Style Training offers a broad spectrum of needed skills.  It is of huge importance to be fit and responsive in any crisis or security-based career.  Not only the fitness, but also the mind power and mental strength that empowers you to push yourself harder. This training is for the adrenaline driven individual that want to be part of the safety of our country and much more.

It all starts with discipline!  Discipline is the beginning and end of any task, then mindset and responsibility and last but not least, a successful career. You cannot do anything in life without having the necessary discipline to get it done!  Military Style Training is all about DISCIPLINE.

Discipline in Military Style Training forms part of the following very important tasks:

– Drill

This is one of the first things recruits learn in any Military Style Training.  The aim of drill is for recruits (or in Military soldiers/officers) to enable movement in one consistent unit from one place to another.  This unit is normally led by a commander or officer and it is also important as the unit needs to move in an orderly manner.  This is to form a habit of precision as well as response to the leader’s orders.  This skill is included in our Military Style Training to offer the Military-like skills as it is important that even police or security officers need to be able to move as one unit in high risk situations.

– “Oppies”

Oppies is a way in which the leader/commander/officers disciplines recruits if they did something wrong, disrespects the offer/leader or misbehaves in some or other way, or when tidiness are not being on par.  This is to teach recruits the importance self-discipline and in a sense self-respect. Military Style Training includes such real life scenario measures to ensure they are ready and true individuals.

Breaking and building a person

In Military Style Training this typical mental exercise is exactly what it says.  In order to build a person, you need to “break” them.  Weakness can bring a person down in safety and security practices.  Security and protection-based careers deal with unbearable circumstances that entail extreme physical and mental strength.  One person’s weakness can influence an entire team.  To become a successful worker you need to find your weaknesses and manage how to overcome any insecurity.  This can either be mental or physical.  Mental weakness can be a greater risk and is much worse than physical weakness, they go hand in hand.  This practice can benefit your personal life and ability as well and not just your career or for threatening circumstances.  Military Style Training builds a person individually and personally (mentally and physically), first.  Personal strength will grow a person to become successful in any career and even become a leader other people can look up to.

Following instructions

Following instructions is probably the most important skill that recruits will obtain in Military Style Training.  You cannot work together as a unit if you do not follow instructions.  To follow instructions in any unsafe situation is crucial to ensure the entire team will finish the task at hand and also keep safe while doing so and this can be critical to any victims involved.  So if you want to go into any safety and security-based career, you need to be able to do what you are told. Not just do it but also respond very swiftly.

Having a perfect bungalow inspection

Military Style Training means pure perfection!  It starts with you.  Recruits cannot do perfect work if they do not have self-respect and the urgency to be neat at all times. As in Military this skill is there specifically to build a person’s responsibility skills and the human skill of taking care and even how to manage time magnificently.  It all comes down to being an example in life.  During Military Style Training there are specific Military-like tasks and skills that enable recruits to be neat and in time at all times.  As with the Military uniform, bungalows and sleep quarters need to be spotless and gets inspected frequently.  This skill builds recruits to be proud of what they do and who they are and it will ensure they have the necessary respect for everything that comes their way.
