If you love wildlife and love to protect animals at game lodges and reserves, this is the course for you.

The ‘Conservation/Anti-Poaching Ranger Career Path’ initiative introduces innovative models, processes, and strategies to train a new generation of Rangers. These programs will provide both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience to address the current challenges of preserving biodiversity and wildlife for future generations.

This career path offers opportunities for advancement, starting from Anti-Poaching Ranger to Field Ranger and eventually Park Ranger. Qualified learners will have the potential to secure employment in National Parks, Provincial Parks, Protected Areas, Private Nature Reserves, Wildlife Ranches, Anti-Poaching Units, and Specialist Wildlife Security Providers.

Graduates will be proficient in using legal, security, technological, and environmental expertise to protect biodiversity and wildlife. International VIP Protection / Close Protection Officer (CPO

This International course is also called the Close Protection Officer (CPO). A CPO is a type of security guard, government or law enforcement officer, or soldier who protects a person or a group of people; usually high-ranking public officials or officers, wealthy people, and celebrities from danger, theft, assault, kidnapping, assassination, harassment, loss of confidential information, threats, or other criminal offences. The personnel team that protects a VIP is often referred to as the VIP’s security detail.

It is recommended having at least firearm (hand gun for business purpose), but can be done in conjunction with the course.

We have a 7-10 day practical that has to be done at the academy when doing this and and a exam online.

Dog Training Course (how to train a dog)

Dog Training is the act of teaching a Person to train a dog particular skills and/or behaviours. Dog training includes teaching a dog to react to particular commands and cues as well as to act independently by deliberately changing their natural behaviour. For some this might seem like an enormously difficult task and for some a well-trained dog almost seems like a special miracle.

Orsolya Horváth explains that ‘Since the human recognized the perfect smell of dogs, they used it for acquiring advantages. In the ancient Roman time, they were used for hunting and security. Besides the hunting tasks, dogs were trained for police work in the 20th century,therefore the English used dogs with the case of Jack the Ripper in 1888.
