At Milites Dei we invite delegates to participate in team-building activities outside the workplace, specifically in nature.

Fun and friendly focused activities teach participants to tolerate each other and assist each other. Milites Dei then refer these activities back to the reality of the workplace so that staff can learn skills amongst others:

• Effective communication with each other;
• Conflict resolution;
• emotional Intelligence;
• Care for Customers; and Leadership.
